EU ETS, 2013 and Beyond John R. Osborn, Consultant
Industry is well in to the Second Stage of the European Emissions Trading Scheme, which is due to end in 2012. The directive to continue this in to a third stage from 2013 onwards has been issued and there are major changes afoot. This paper will address some of the issues that have arisen and what Industry can expect in the future.
